Payment
In order to proceed your order, we require a full payment upon placing the order. All our candles are hand made to order and we appreciate your understanding. To pay for the order there is a wide range of payment option from Paypal to credit and debit cards. If none of the payment options is convenient please contact us so we can work it out together.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times
North America: 5-15 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-15 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-15 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 5-15 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Especially now, when UK is outside EU, any order shipped to EU may insure duties and/or VAT. Courier will have to collect duties prior to delivery. Please make sure, you respond to custom payment notification, otherwise delay may occur or even parcel destroyed/returned to us. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs. Nor we accept return because of not paid customs/VAT.
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery to discuss.
Post items back to me within:30 days of delivery. Please make sure you use a trackable and fully insured service. We cannot accept undelivered or damaged returns. We are not able to refund you for postage.
All our products are hand made. We do not shelve any candles or honey products. Therefore, all our candles and honey is made to order. For that reason we don’t accept cancellations in most cases, where items were being getting ready for you. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we’ll try to find a way forward.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food (honey))
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
